The hotel was also conveniently accessible for senior people like me, with easy-to-navigate corridors and well-placed handrails for added support.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better is if the staff at the hotel could communicate in English. It would have been helpful to have clear communication with the children working there, especially when it came to certain requests or inquiries.
